Ms. Mara Thon reads your Garmin data and writes a daily brief tailored to where you actually are — not where a generic plan says you should be. Built for masters runners (40+) who want to keep training smart through the next decade.
Mara's keeping the testing circle small while we polish the rough edges. If you've been handed an invite code, drop it here to get started.
1. Set up Intervals.icu — do this first. It's a free, Garmin-partner site that relays your training data to us legally. Create an account and connect your Garmin so it starts syncing:
Connecting it before your Garmin export is what keeps your history gap-free.
2. Request your Garmin data export. Joining needs a one-time export of your Garmin history that you'll provide during sign-up. Garmin can take up to 30 days to prepare it, so request it early and come back once it arrives — your onboarding link is time-limited. On Garmin's page, follow the steps under "Export All Garmin Data Using Account Management Center" — that's the one that gives us your full history. Open Garmin's export guide →
We sent your onboarding link to .
It usually lands within a minute. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
